Changes

EXCHANGES: within 30 days for general purchases and 10 days for purchases made during commercial actions. "Party accessories" cannot be exchanged after the weekend.

All accessories purchased as gifts have an exchange card, which enables the exchange within 30 days of the date indicated on the card.

Days are counted from:

- The date of purchase in our physical store.
- The online purchase withdrawal date at Fahoma
- The date of receipt of purchase at the address provided.

Only the value of the accessories at the time of purchase will be taken into consideration for exchange or return, without taking into account the cost of shipping or subsequent price increases.


To make changes, the accessories must be in perfect condition.
